Bookings

When accepting a booking with Pearls Pupz you will be provided an agreed date and time for your appointment. If you cannot keep to this appointment and wish to cancel, please do so a minimum of 24 hours before the appointment. 

Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment (or fail to attend your appointment) outside of this agreed notice period, a fee of 50% of the agreed-upon price for the appointment will be applicable.

Understandably, emergencies happen and allowances will be made on a discretionary basis, however as a small business last minute cancellations cannot be upheld. As a result, repeated, short notice cancelations will resolve in deposits being required to make future appointments. 

No Shows

If you fail to attend your appointment, without notice, you will be responsible for the full cost of your at the agreed upon price of your appointment. Repeated no show cancelations will resolve in deposits being required to make future appointments.
